Power (RP) Graphite Electrode is made of high-quality petroleum coke and pitch,  through calcination, batching, kneading, molding, baking, graphitization,  machining, and the Graphite Electrode Nipple is made by three times  impregnation and four times baking process. Calcined Petroleum Coke, also known as coke oil, is a byproduct of the petroleum refining process. After crude oil is extracted and refined, the residual fraction, which contains a high percentage of carbonaceous matter, is separated and calcined at high temperatures to produce a dark, solid material.

    Calcined Petroleum Coke, also known as coke oil, is a byproduct of the petroleum refining process. After crude oil is extracted and refined, the residual fraction, which contains a high percentage of carbonaceous matter, is separated and calcined at high temperatures to produce a dark, solid material. This product has a high carbon content and a density similar to coal, making it a useful fuel for power generation, heating, and transportation. It is also used in the production of cement and other building materials due to its availability and affordability. Despite its many applications, the use of calcined petroleum coke continues to be controversial due to its impact on air quality and greenhouse gas emissions.

    A2: We accept 40% as deposit, and balance to be paid on seeing the scan copy of BL.

    A3: We deliver the goods by truck to port, or loading in container in factory.

    A4: We are direct factory and have the most advanced machine and about 80 employee in our 15000m2 workshop.

    A5: 18-20tons, one 20’ fcl.

    Q6: What’s the delivery time?
