Power (RP) Graphite Electrode is made of high-quality petroleum coke and pitch, through calcination, batching, kneading, molding, baking, graphitization, machining, and the Graphite Electrode Nipple is made by three times impregnation and four times baking process.

Factory calcined petroleum coke, also known as "PCBC," is a type of fuel made from the residue left over after oil refining. It is typically produced by heating coal at high temperatures in a furnace, then adding the resulting charcoal and other impurities to refinery wastewater. The mixture is then heated again to remove any remaining impurities, leaving behind a solid residue that can be used as a fuel source. The main advantage of using PCBC as a fuel source is its high calorific value, which makes it an effective alternative to fossil fuels. Additionally, because it is derived from industrial waste products, it has the potential to reduce waste disposal costs for factories and power plants. However, there are also concerns about the environmental impact of PCBC production and use, particularly due to the release of pollutants such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides during combustion. As a result, more research is needed to determine the best way to produce and use this fuel source while minimizing its negative impact on the environment.
